Designed to guide you through the wedding planning process, we work side-by-side with you from start to finish, helping you create the wedding you’ve envisioned, while keeping you stress-free to enjoy your engagement!
This all-inclusive service includes the creation of a detailed budget, design concepts, menus, floor plan, bar services, attire, invitations, weekend planning, rentals, securing hotel accommodations, rehearsal dinner, delivering guest welcome bags, and of course, directing your rehearsal and wedding day from start to finish. Each wedding is different, and services rendered will reflect the specific needs of each couple.
Throughout the planning process we will connect you with vendors who not only fit your budget, but also your style and personality. From the initial design concepts to vendor selection and the finishing touches, we focus on creating a wedding that expresses you, down to even the smallest detail. Unlimited emails and phone calls are included from the time you begin working with us, and we pride ourselves on personal and attentive service. An initial consultation is included, as well as monthly updates on the planning process.

BASIC PLANNING
Perfect for the couple planning from out of town who need some help getting started, and access to professional assistance along the way! Designed to assist you with finding ceremony & reception venues, transportation and guest accommodations to fit your needs, style and budget. Also includes hourly assistance to be used as needed as you plan! Whether you need assistance with invitation wording, room layouts, etiquette or logistical issues, use your hourly consultation hours as you wish to address your personal needs!
We’ll walk you through as you begin your planning and connect you with reliable vendors and venues. We will secure reduced rates and reservations for guest accommodations and will assist you in setting up transportation services for your guests. Then, the details are left to you (though we’re always just an email away if you have questions) and we’ll join you again two months prior to your wedding to help you pull together all of your planning and orchestrate your perfect day! And, of course, we’ll be there to assist you on your wedding day!

DAY-OF COORDINATION
Designed for the couple who wants to handle the planning, but would like the assistance of a professional to make sure the day goes smoothly down to the smallest detail! Don’t let the name fool you—“Day of” services actually begin 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding! First, we’ll guide you in the right direction by matching you with professional & trusted vendors that fit both your budget and your style!
We’ll work side-by-side with you to help your wedding day run as smoothly as possible. From setup and vendor deliveries to last minute trouble shooting, we’ll be a single point of contact for all vendors so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day! From the wedding morning to the receptions’ end, we’ll be there to handle all of the details while you enjoy your special day!
Services included:
- Initial consultation
- One meeting up to 6 weeks prior to your wedding
- List of trusted professional vendors to meet your style & budget
- Contact all vendors prior to wedding to confirm details and appointments
- Attend and direct rehearsal, as needed
- Up to 4 hours of décor setup for ceremony and reception
- Assistance with wedding day vendor deliveries and appointments
- Act as single point of contact for vendors and staff on wedding day
- Work side-by-side with vendors to ensure you receive the ultimate service
- Coordinator is on-site until end of reception

ALA CARTE & CONSULTING
SW Michigan Venue Tour
Interested in hosting a lake shore wedding but unfamiliar with the area? Let us guide you through the
beautiful and unique venues offered along the coast! A guided tour of local venues: up to 5 venues, up to 4
hours, beginning and ending in St. Joseph. Client must provide transportation. Service fee will be credited
towards any planning packages after booking
Vendor Referrals
Up to 8 vendor referrals, tailored to meet your budget, personality and style
RSVP Service
RSVP’s will be collected and tracked via company PO Box. Client must provide guest list. RSVPs will be tracked by guest, response and food choice and results will be shared via online database and updated at least twice per week
Décor Set-Up
Relax on your wedding day and let us help make your day beautiful. Includes one meeting, up to two months prior to wedding and up to four hours of set up time for ceremony and/or reception locations. Hours can be split or used at one location.
Consultation Hours
A coordinator is at your disposal to assist with timelines, etiquette questions, invitation wording, ceremony flow, or anything else you have questions about! Billed at our current hourly rate
